Were looking for someone sharp organised and proactive to own internal sales and customer operations for a global business specialising in ergonomic and commercial tech solutions.

Based in Macquarie Park (right next to the Metro) you will thrive in a role where no two days are the same wearing multiple hats across sales logistics and project support.

What Youll Do:
Own end-to-end order processing for ecommerce account clients and projects
Provide quotes for products and freight (local & international)
Manage ETAs updates and customer communications
Coordinate domestic and international freight couriers and deliveries
Handle technical product questions returns and RMA coordination
Update CRM customer files and support internal teams on projects
Assist with tenders and high-value client work

Basically if it touches customer experience sales or delivery its yours.

What Were Looking For:
We want someone who is more than just a phone operator.

Experienced in internal sales/customer service or sales support
Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
Comfortable owning complex tasks and following them through
Curious proactive and confident in asking questions
Able to learn technical products and processes quickly

Bonus if youve got experience in:
Freight logistics or international shipping
