Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at OMNIC Self-Service Solutions
OMNIC is an Italian R&D company developing and scaling automated locker solutions across international markets. Our business operates at the intersection of hardware software manufacturing logistics and service operations requiring a strong and forward-looking financial leadership as we scale. We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to act as a strategic partner to the CEO and take ownership of OMNICs financial function structure and long-term financial sustainability.
Role Overview
As CFO you will be responsible for
financial strategy governance and transparency across the organization. You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to support decision-making manage risk and ensure that OMNICs growth is financially sound scalable and well-controlled.
This role combines
strategic ownership with hands-on leadership of finance operations including reporting budgeting compliance and financial systems.
Key Requirements
- 5 years in senior finance leadership at C-level (CFO / Deputy CFO / Head of Finance or equivalent)
- Proven experience leading the finance function in an international multi-entity environment
- Leadership of finance/accounting teams (4 people) including complex hiring/performance decisions
- Ownership of financial strategy: budgeting forecasting cash flow management (beyond accounting)
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach; strong partnership with the CEO and cross-functional leaders
- Governance & compliance: internal controls/policies regulatory compliance audit readiness; IFRS taxation
- Building and scaling finance systems and teams including building the finance function from scratch; process automation
- Risk ownership/management: FX exposure tax planning operational financial risks
- Support for business scaling: international expansion funding preparation structural optimization; proven business results
- Languages: fluent-level English and Russian/Ukrainian.
- Willingness to work on-site
Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop OMNICs financial strategy ensuring alignment with business goals and growth plans
- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO providing financial insights to support key operational and investment decisions
- Oversee financial planning budgeting forecasting and cash flow management across multiple regions
- Ensure accurate timely and transparent financial reporting including consolidation across international entities
- Establish and maintain financial governance controls and compliance with local and international regulations
- Manage financial risk including currency tax and operational exposure
- Lead and develop the finance and accounting function setting clear standards roles and performance expectations
- Driveautomation and improvement of financial processes systems and reporting frameworks
- Support long-term initiatives such as international expansion funding preparation and structural optimization

Development of scalable financial systems and processes The CFO works in close partnership with the CEO and collaborates with Operations Product and Commercial leaders with
