Job Summary
- Working according to regulations (80T-XX-XXXX) and applicable standards
- Pre-assembly of individual parts and sub-assemblies (drilling countersinking reaming)
- Application of joining techniques such as riveting screwing and bonding
- Processing of universal rivets close-tolerance rivets (Hi-Lite and Hi-Lok) and blind rivets
- Application of sealants
- Carrying out rework repairs and adjustments
- Assembly of components in serial structural production
- Working in compliance with quality guidelines including proper documentation
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic (production engineering) aircraft structure mechanic or comparable professional experience
- Solid knowledge of aircraft structural assembly
- Independent structured and quality-oriented working style
- Good knowledge of English or German both written and spoken
- Residence in the regional area or willingness to relocate
