The Opportunity:
This Physiotherapist role focuses on Residential Aged Care working alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised evidence-based therapy programs including mobility and functional programs care plan reviews one-to-one interventions and group-based active ageing services.
Plena is excited to be continuing to grow in the community aged care space and is glad to offer a diverse role that allows clinicians to work across RAC and Community settings.
