Qualifications
The Floor Tech will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance and cleanliness of various floor surfaces within the facility. This position requires specialized knowledge in commercial floor care including carpet tile terrazzo concrete and hardwood flooring. The ideal candidate will have experience with floor care equipment and techniques along with a keen attention to detail.
Pay: $22.00/hr
Thepaylisted is the hourly range or the hourlyratefor this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicantsexperience skills abilities geographic locationand alignment with market data.

Shift: Monday - Friday 5:30pm - 1:30am
Responsibilities
Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of various floor types including vacuuming mopping buffing scrubbing stripping waxing and polishing
Utilize specialized floor care equipment such as buffers scrubbers carpet extractors burnishers and vacuums to clean and maintain floors.
Develop and follow floor care schedules for routine and deep cleaning ensuring high1traffic areas are prioritized and well-maintained.
Apply appropriate floor care products and chemicals ensuring safety and compliance with product guidelines.
Inspect floors regularly for signs of wear damage or staining and perform necessary spot treatments or repairs.
Assist in the setup and breakdown of rooms for special events ensuring floors are protected and cleaned afterward.
Clean and maintain buildings/facilities
Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
Notify Manager concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems
Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients co-workers shift coordinators supervisors managers etc.
Comply with all safety security compliance and quality standards and procedures established by the Company Clients and regulatory authorities
Qualifications
Required:
Fluent in English is required
Valid Drivers License and be able to pass an MVR
Must be able to pass a drug test that includes THC
Must be okay with traveling between Louisville and Lexington area (about 70 miles away)
