Job Summary
Location: Louisville Ohio
Position Type: Full-Time Mon - Thurs 5am - 3pm OFF on Fridays!!
Midlake Products is seeking a highly detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Precision Assembly Technician. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy organization and producing high-quality work in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
What Youll Do:
Assemble metal cabinets and enclosures to specification
Install hardware components including PEMs nuts bolts and fasteners
Read and follow work instructions prints and assembly diagrams
Verify proper hardware type placement and torque requirements
Inspect finished assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards
Maintain a clean organized work area and follow safety procedures
Work closely with fabrication and quality teams to ensure consistency
What Were Looking For:
Exceptional attention to detail - accuracy is critical in this role
Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hand and power tools
Ability to read prints or willingness to learn
Strong organizational skills and pride in neat precise work
Experience in assembly manufacturing or metal fabrication preferred (but not required)
Dependable self-motivated and able to work independently
