Construction Assembler
Location: Menomonee Falls WI
Pay range: $20 to $23 per hour
Hours: First Shift: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM Monday - Friday

Position Overview: As a Construction Assembler you will be a key member of our Assembly team building seals and shelters that meet our high-quality standards. Success in this role means assembling products accurately according to specifications working safely with hand and power tools and contributing to a productive team environment.

- Assemble seals or shelters according to instructions and quality specifications
- Utilize hand and power tools including saws drills nail guns and utility knives
- Cut wood and other materials to specified dimensions using measurement tools
- Follow production job packets to determine required materials and specifications
- Pull verify and stage production materials for assigned jobs
- Package finished products for shipment or customer pickup according to guidelines
- Conduct visual inspections to ensure quality and accuracy of completed units
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed daily production targets
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure to 1/32
- Ability to use hand and power tools table saws and pneumatic equipment
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or construction environment is a plu
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work safely with tools and equipment
- Team-oriented mindset
- Physical ability to lift materials stand for extended periods and perform hands-on work
