Role Responsibilities

As a Premises Officer your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the setup and breakdown of school events meetings and extracurricular activities.

  • Managing inventory of consumables and maintenance equipment reporting replenishment requirements.

  • Performing minor maintenance tasks and assisting with larger repair projects where necessary.

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience in a premises caretaker or facilities role ideally in a school setting.

  • Practical skills in general maintenance DIY or building management.

  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and safe working practices.

  • Reliable proactive and able to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Good communication skills for liaising with staff contractors and visitors.
