Maintaining the engine room of a modern urban academy.
We are searching for a hardworking and technically-minded School Caretaker for a high-performing school in Coventry. We need an individual who is comfortable using technology to log repairs and who can work effectively as part of a wider site team.

Detailed Responsibilities
Building Management Systems (BMS): Monitoring and adjusting automated heating and ventilation systems to ensure energy efficiency and comfort.
Compliance Record-Keeping: Maintaining meticulous digital and paper logs for all health and safety checks and statutory inspections.
Project Support: Assisting with small-scale renovation projects during school holidays such as re-flooring or installing new shelving units.
Lettings Support: Facilitating evening and weekend community use of school facilities ensuring the site is prepped and secured afterward.
