Job Summary
Liquid Personnel is recruiting Occupational Therapist for its clients Adult Services Team in Southampton as they are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join their Adult Services OT & Specialist Assessment Team. Youll assess adults with physical disabilities sensory impairments and learning disabilities coordinating interventions that promote safety independence and wellbeing.
What will your responsibilities be
- Complete OT assessments and plan/review equipment & adaptation needs
- Support adults carers and families with clear personcentred recommendations
- Work closely with multiagency partners to coordinate resources
- Contribute to safeguarding and risk management
- Maintain accurate documentation and deliver timely interventions
Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have
- HCPCregistered Occupational Therapist
- Strong experience in adult social care or community OT
- Excellent assessment and clinical reasoning skills
- Ability to manage a busy varied caseload
- Confident proactive and personcentred approach
