Your future tasks will be
Our HR teamis the firstlinesupport for CC employeesHR related questions and queries. OurHR administrators pick up andmanage these queries providing the best and mostappropriate also ensure the smooth running of HR processes and coordinate with other HR teamsin different CC locations including the UK and France.
On a daily basis:
- Answering support queries via tools phone and email keeping daily contact with our employees calling from CC locations
- Resolving HR related issues which can occur in their total employee life cycle
- Providing technical support of HR self-service tools and systems
- Running HR admin processes belonging to HR helpdesk
- Advising employees on HR processes and policies
- Maintaining and improving employee satisfaction level
You are the ideal candidate if...
- You have experience inan office environmenthavingService Desk orHR Helpdesk experience is an advantage
- You have advanced English and French knowledge both orally and in any additional European language knowledge is an advantage
- You have strong computerskills including MSSuite knowledge of HR toolsand AItoolsis an advantage
- You are proactiveadaptableprofessionaland enjoycontributing to thesuccessof an evolvingfunction
- You have strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills
- You have outstanding communication skills andacustomer focused mindset
- Youareable tobuild trustandhandlesensitive data confidentially
- You enjoy working in a team
