What Youll Do:
- Outside Sales Tools support. Schedule appointments and visits with existing and potential customers with the outside sales team to review Tooling needs and determine opportunities.
- Work diligently with fellow staff at the store regions and organization levels to find the right solution for our customers
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting the needs of all customers
- Help assist the outside sales team with larger Tool quote opportunities.
- Working closely with our premium Tool brands to promote awareness with both our customers and internal staff.
- Tool Events. Promoting our Tool brands in store and with customers. Example: Milwaukee Tent events and joint sales calls with the Technical Sales team (Milwaukee Tool Van)
- Educating the stores and the sales team on new products and promotions.
- Help with basic merchandising at the store level when required. Make sure Tool displays are current and look for potential improvements.
- Ability to travel within all regions of Lordco.
- Maintains a positive relationship with the customer; ensures that there is also a positive relationship with store personnel
Do you fit the part
- Previous related Tool sales experience preferred but not required
- 5 years of experience in the automotive or industrial industry sales is an asset
- Superior customer service skills both on the phone and in-person
- Knowledge of Tools related to the automotive and industrial sectors.
- Proficient knowledge of basic computer functions as well as Microsoft Office (Word Outlook Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to work as part of the Lordco team
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and the ability to adhere to the Lordco Occupational Health and Safety program
