Job Summary
Privatus Care Solutions is seeking an experienced sales professional in the healthcare industry for a dynamic opportunity in Palm Beach County. As a provider of private care services we are established and highly regarded in five states and have been in operation for over twenty years. With our generous compensation plan( base salary uncapped commissions) the potential for financial success is sky-high!
The successful candidate must be well versed in the challenges of healthcare/aging and capable of providing expert guidance to potential clients. Must be detail oriented and compassionate about assisting families with the utmost of integrity. Must be energetic strategic and a team player. Must have excellent communication skills and a presentation that reflects our quality brand. Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of proven sales success
- Experience in home care and/or in other related healthcare businesses
- Established referral relationships in Palm Beach County strongly preferred
- College degree preferred
- Nursing degree preferred but not essential
Key responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with case managers social workers physicians and other key referral sources.
- Increase monthly revenue through both making cold calls and scheduled meetings.
- Meet with families and/or potential clients in person to conduct assessment explain the details of our services and to recommend options.
- Log all activity in Salesforce
- Participate in weekly sales call via Zoom
