This Position reports to:

The work model for the role is: Onsite Mebane NC

Your role and responsibilities:

• Provides ongoing feedback to management and recommends improvements related to production line performance organization shifting priorities and emerging critical issues.

• Supports management in executing staffing adjustments due to vacations illnesses equipment outages or shifting production needs.

• Reinforces team focus on achieving production volume targets maximizing efficiency and ensuring ontime delivery.

• Assists management and shift teams with resource allocation coordination of shift orders and oversight of work plan execution across production lines.

• Serves as the shift leader fostering collaboration and ensuring timely resolution of technical quality and logistical issues.

Qualifications for the role:

• 5 years working in a manufacturing environment

• Knowledge of 5S sort set shine standardize and sustain

• Knowledge and use of necessary PPE

• Ability to use cranes or other lifting devices as needed

• Ability to safely use a ladder while performing the job as needed

• Ability to lift push and pull up to 40lbs

• Ability to speak read and write the English Language

• Basic computer skills to be able to look up parts.

• Ability to maintain accurate handeye coordination and utilize both hands safely and efficiently.

• Forklift operation required including readiness to complete training on various forklift types.

• Basic mathematical skills

• Basic communication skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Legal authorization to work in the US is required
