We are looking for two talented and creative Content Strategists to join our team on a freelance basis. If you are passionate about creating engaging content with a background in design and enjoy working remotely we want to hear from you!

Tasks

Develop and oversee creative concepts for video campaigns from ideation to final cut.
Storyboard and direct short-form videos that resonate with social audiences.
Collaborate with creators editors and internal teams to ensure content feels authentic and on-brand.
Lead visual storytelling across channels with a strong sense of narrative pacing and audience engagement.
Continuously test and iterate video formats based on performance and platform trends.

Requirements

3 years of experience in video content creation ideally in a creative agency or social-first brand (share your portfolio).
Proven experience storyboarding and directing short-form videos for platforms like YouTube TikTok and Instagram.
Strong understanding of creator-style content raw engaging and optimized for social (not overly polished).
Comfortable leading creative direction from concept to post-production.
Bonus: graphic design background
