You will become part of theDigital Consulting Team a strategic partnertothe entire organization. We collaborate with stakeholders across business lines to turn their ideas into impactfulusercentricdigital products.

As aDigital Product Manager you will be thesparring partner and counterpartto Product Owners in the business.Youllhelp teams of varying digital maturity define shape and deliver meaningful digital solutions that arefeasible valuable and sustainable while ensuring strong collaboration with designers architects andsoftware engineers.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in aconsultant-likeenvironment enjoys relationship building and knows how to balance vision with pragmatism.

The purpose of the Digital Consulting Team is to empower stakeholders across the organization with expert digital consultancy.Our mission is to help themleveragetechnology to its fullest potential by delivering solutions that are robust seamlessly integrated into our existing portfolio aligned with our design principles user-friendly up tohightechnical standards and synergistic within our ecosystem.

In This Role You Will Make an Impact By:

Partnering closely with Product Owners in the business totranslate vision into clear realistic and coherent product concepts

Helping stakeholdersarticulate needsobjectives and success criteria especially when digital maturity varies

Creatingproduct decks discovery material and product collateral that clearly communicatethe why the what and the value

Acting as thebridge between business stakeholders and development teams ensuring shared understanding and alignment

Avoiding scope creep byanchoring decisions in priorities feasibility and intended outcomes

Ensuring products and collaborations areproperly communicated visible and integrated into the broader digital ecosystem

Applyingpragmatic digital product development practices informed by agile principles adapted toNovonesis context

Managing delivery expectations timelines and stakeholder relationships with clarity and confidence

Bringing a holistic perspective that spansproduct management projectmanagement requirements development and stakeholder facilitation

To succeed you must have:

Experience working as aDigital Product Manager Product Consultant Business Designer Product OwnerProject Manageror similar hybrid role

Strong abilities inproduct discovery requirements definition and stakeholder alignment

Experiencefacilitatingworkshops and helping non-digital stakeholders articulate their needs

The ability to create compellingpresentations product narratives and strategy decks

A pragmatic approach to digital development balancing ideal outcomes with realistic constraints

Strong communicationskills and the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences

A relationship-driven mindset: you build trust challenge constructively and guide teams toward the best outcomes

Experience with-or appetite for-working in Azure DevOps and Jira

Fluency in written and spoken English
