Physical Therapist - Orthopedics
Location: Malvern PA USA
Employment Type: Full-Time / Direct Hire
Salary: $81000 $126000 annually
Schedule: Monday Friday full-time 3 early shifts (7:00 am 3:30 pm) 2 late shifts (10:00 am 7:00 pm)

Job Summary:
Provide outpatient physical therapy for orthopedic patients in a collaborative patient-centered environment. Evaluate conditions create care plans provide treatments and education and supervise PTAs and aides. Work within a multidisciplinary team supported with modern resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outpatient physical therapy care for orthopedic patients
Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver therapeutic interventions and patient education
Supervise PTAs and therapy aides
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications:

Licensed Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania
Bachelors Masters or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
Orthopedic PT experience preferred new graduates encouraged to apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation & Benefits:

$5000 sign-on bonus
Competitive pay within $81K $126K range depending on experience
CME/CEU allowance of $1750 annually
