represent your hotel as the go-to person for your team our guests and external service providers and partners in all matters
build a strong team by taking charge of recruitment onboarding and development while fostering a positive and collaborative working atmosphere
roll up your sleeves because youre not just a manager but an active part of the team leading by example
keep a sharp eye on the numbers stick to the set budgets and manage forecasting and cost control with precision
spot trends streamline processes and stay ahead of the game with strategic planning to keep your hotel moving forward
make sure everything runs smoothly by ensuring compliance with HACCP occupational safety fire protection and other legal requirements
bring the Ruby Spirit to life by implementing our internal styles and maintaining quality standards.
work closely with your Cluster Manager and all relevant departments at the Corporate Office to stay aligned and connected

Weve been waiting for you since you have/are:

completed professional training in the hotel industry and/or hold a degree in hospitality or business administration
extensive experience in an operational leadership role or a similar position in lifestyle hospitality or gastronomy
strong knowledge of POS PMS and business management.
a motivating and charismatic leader and with your authentic and loyal nature both team lead and team player
a warm and welcoming personality and your communication skills allow you to shine in every interaction
a knack for charming guests with a hands-on mentality to match
speaking fluently Dutch and English
