Job Summary

Job Description Experience Level: 6 Years Location: Bengaluru India Essential Requirements: 6 years of experience in software development with a solid understanding of object-oriented design concepts. Expert proficiency React (or similar technologies) for delivering and maintaining enterprise-grade software products. Proven experience working with AWS services and a strong grasp of cloud-native architecture. Familiarity with agentic frameworks & AI coding assistants (e.g. GitHub Copilot Claude Cursor) for building modern systems. Expertise in source control systems continuous integration (CI) tools and Agile collaboration platforms such as JIRA and Confluence. Successful collaboration with cross-functional engineers across geographies. A proven ability to learn new tools languages frameworks and technologies rapidly. Nice to Haves: DevOps: Experience using Docker and containers for deployment. Scalability & Performance: Experience with distributed caching (Redis Memcached) and message brokers (Kafka RabbitMQ) for high-throughput systems. Observability: Proficiency with monitoring and logging stacks (ELK Grafana Prometheus or New Relic) to proactively identify system health issues. As a senior member of the team you will be responsible for developing sophisticated systems and software based on the customers business goals needs and general business environment. You will work with product management other engineering teams customer success and support on developing cutting- edge new product features and enhancements across various areas of Client offerings. What youll achieve: Lead Features: Be a key member of an Agile team collaboratively realizing features through the full software development lifecycle. Develop & Deploy: Participate in the design development unit testing and deployment of Client products and services including complex enhancements and issue resolution. Solve Complexities: Investigate and resolve high-level complex customer issues that require deep technical analysis. Autonomy: Work independently with a minimal level of guidance from technical leadership taking ownership of project outcomes. Mentorship: Mentor other engineers through design collaboration and thorough code reviews to maintain high engineering standards. Research: Actively research validate and recommend technology decisions for new features.
