Job Summary

D365 Solution Architect

Location: Pune

Exp: 10Yrs

10 years of overall IT experience

5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365

Proven experience as a Solution Architect for D365 implementations

Ability to define end-to-end solution architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations and Translate business requirements into scalable secure and high-performing D365 solutions.

Strong experience with D365 Customer Service module

Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps pipelines (CI/CD for D365 & Power Platform)

Strong expertise in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) for Dynamics 365

Experience in defining and managing environment strategies (Dev/Test/UAT/Prod)

Strong knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Dataverse)

Ability to lead technical design discussions and architecture reviews

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

Preferred:

Microsoft certifications (e.g. Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert)

Experience in large-scale or enterprise D365 implementations
