An exciting full-time opportunity has arisen for an engaging Deputy Chief Medical Imaging Technologist (MIT) to inspire and motivate our team to continue to deliver service excellence.

In this dynamic position youll work closely with the Chief MIT and Clinical Director to guide and inspire a high performing team ensuring our clinic operates seamlessly every day.

Youll bring advanced capability in at least one key modalitywhether its General CT MRI Mammography or Ultrasoundand use your expertise to mentor others drive excellence and maintain the highest clinical standards. Working across our established clinic in Drouin and new state-of-the-art clinic in Warragul.

What are we looking for

• Proven experience as a Senior radiographer or a Modality Lead ready for their next step
• Demonstrated results in leading teams to deliver service excellence
• Comprehensive experience across MRI (preferred) CT and general radiography
• The ability to provide high-quality examinations to a broad mix of patients ensuring patient welfare and safety in line with established standard
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage key stakeholder relationships
• Sound problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to use initiative and independent judgement
• Commercial acumen with previous experience in driving growth and revenue targets
• AHPRA registration and a Victorian radiation licence
