Were hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive new client acquisition and grow existing accounts within our Commercial Staffing division. If you thrive in a high-activity performance-driven sales environment and want uncapped earning potential this is your opportunity.
What Youll Do
- Identify and prospect new clients who can benefit from staffing services
- Drive the full sales cycle - from cold outreach to closing
- Conduct in-person meetings field visits and client drop-ins
- Build strong community and business relationships
- Grow and expand existing client accounts
- Conduct quality reviews and ensure contract compliance
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity
- Promote a culture of grit accountability and performance
Performance Expectations (KPIs)
- 75 outbound calls per week
- 50 field activities per week (client visits drop-ins meetings)
- 3 5 prospect meetings per week (based on tenure)
- Minimum 2 new accounts closed per month
- Monthly visits to existing clients
Commission Plan (Uncapped):
- 10% on new GP generated
- 4% on house accounts
- Target: Reach $3000/week GP by end of Year 1
Must-Haves
- Proven experience in the staffing industry (required)
- Demonstrated success driving the full sales cycle
- Clear examples of closing new business and growing existing accounts
- Strong ability to articulate past wins and success stories
- Experience building community partnerships and client relationships
- High resilience - comfortable hearing no and pushing forward
- Motivated by earnings growth and personal achievement
- Well-spoken polished communicator
- Competitive but professional
- Collaborative team mindset
Nice to Have
- Prior staffing sales experience (highly preferred)
- Experience in high-volume fast-paced customer-facing roles
- Background in insurance sales gym memberships or performance-based sales environments
