Typical responsibilities include:
- Assist with data entry and maintenance of project tracking spreadsheets and logs
- Help organize and update project documents schedules and deliverables
- Support Project Managers and Project Controls staff with general coordination tasks
- Assist with meeting preparation notes and follow-up items as needed
- Support monthly invoicing activities by gathering backup organizing information and assisting with reviews
- Assist with tracking subconsultant invoices and coordinating documentation
- Maintain invoice and billing logs to support timely processing
- Update Excel-based trackers used for monitoring project status schedules and budgets
- Assist with compiling basic reports and summaries for internal use
- Learn and support project tracking and reporting processes over time
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (dynamic formulas lookups tables; Power Query or advanced functions a plus)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook Word PowerPoint Teams)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work
- Strong communication skills and willingness to ask questions
- Experience in an administrative coordination or support role
- Interest in learning project controls analytics or reporting
- Exposure to Power BI scheduling tools or project management software is a plus but not required
- Experience in engineering construction or professional services environments is beneficial.

Education:
- Bachelors degree in finance business or Accounting
