Job Summary
University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to provide quality in-home care to our clients in Hazel Park MI. As a Home Health Aide you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with daily living activities and promoting their independence and well-being in the comfort of their homes.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing grooming dressing and toileting.
- Help clients with mobility and transferring including the use of assistive devices.
- Provide medication reminders as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor clients health and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of care and communicate effectively with the care team.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in Hazel Park MI.
- Ability to pass background checks as required.
- Compassionate patient and attentive to clients needs.
