Job Title: BCBA Therapist
Location: Michigan (Bingham Farms MI Southgate MI Dearborn MI Shelby Township MI Livonia MI Sterling Heights MI Lansing MI Orion Township MI Grand Rapids MI)
Position Type: Full-time
Role Summary:
Client provides home and clinic-based ABA services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder developmental disabilities and other language delays.
Responsibilities:

Design and implement individualized treatment plans behavioral support plans and strategies
-
Develop new programs and adjust current programs as needed
-
Collaborate with treatment team (director parents support network) to review case progress
-
Provide training supervision and support for clinicians and therapists on policies and procedures
-
Communicate with funding sources regarding client progress reports meetings authorizations etc.
-
Maintain caseload of billable hours in addition to supervisory duties
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-
Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) certification OR Masters degree with ABA coursework
-
Knowledge of ABA and DTT
-
Valid drivers license and reliable insured transportation
-
Excellent leadership interpersonal problem-solving and time management skills
-
Proficiency in written and spoken English; fluency in a foreign language is a plus

Ability to engage in higher-level management functions when required

Strong communication with team members regarding schedules and client needs
