Senior Consultant - Corporate Finance - EY Parthenon - Financial Services

EY with the aim of strengthening the Strategy & Transactions team specialized in supporting clients in the financial sector and investment funds in extraordinary finance transactions is looking for Corporate Finance Senior Analysts and Managers.

Project activities including but not limited to:

• M&A negotiation and coordination
• Loan portfolio transactions
• Financial modelling
• Preparation of pitch decks featuring market analyses and assessments of selected potential targets
• Definition of market entry strategies

Skills we are looking for

• 2 to 4 years of work experience in M&A Corporate Finance or Strategy teams within leading consulting firms banks or financial boutiques
• Bachelors and Masters degree in Economics or related fields
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite especially Excel for developing complex financial models
• Strong interest in M&A and financial markets
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Teamwork-oriented mindset and strong problemsolving attitude

• A good knowledge of the Office suite and the English language as well as familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools.
