Job Summary
Position Description:
This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto office at a minimum 2 days per week - subject to change at any time.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Elicit analyze and document business and functional requirements for payments initiatives including digital assets and tokenization use cases
. Support initiatives related to tokenized payments digital currencies asset digitization and related settlement or custody workflows
. Collaborate with product owners architects developers and operations teams to translate business needs into solution-ready requirements
. Develop process flows use cases data mappings and API/interface specifications
. Support regulatory risk compliance and security discussions related to digital assets and payments
. Participate in backlog grooming sprint planning and user story definition
. Support UAT planning test case review and defect triage
. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
5 or Senior Business Analyst (BA) with 8 years of strong expertise in Payments and/or SWIFT messaging standards.
comprehensive functional specifications process flows and data mappings.
of Analyzing impacts of new payment types (wires EFTs global transfers) on risk and transaction monitoring.
different payment types of WIRES from Global Money Transfers Electronic Money Transfers and their changes and impact to Transaction Monitoring Systems application.
*CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level geographic market experience and training and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $95000$145000. This role is an existing vacancy.
