About the Role
Were looking for a strategic and collaborative leader to join our team as Digital Solutions Manager Transportation. In this role you will define prioritize and deliver new digital capabilities that create measurable value for clients and the business. You will own the problem space desired outcomes and capability roadmap delivering new capabilities through the transport management platform in close partnership with platform solutions and operations teams. You will be accountable for ensuring the right capabilities are built on the platform and deliver meaningful measurable outcomes.
What Youll Do
Define plan and enable the delivery of new digital capabilities and enhancements through the platform.
Own capability scope sequencing and acceptance criteria ensuring delivery teams understand what is being built why it matters and the outcomes it must achieve.
Create curate and maintain a prioritized capability backlog aligned to business value and outcomes.
Continuously refine backlog items to enable efficient execution clear delivery commitments and informed trade-offs across competing priorities.
Partner closely with platform managers engineering design and operations to take capabilities from concept through delivery.
Actively manage risks clarify requirements and make timely scope and priority decisions to ensure progress toward agreed outcomes.
Lead release-level planning for new capabilities aligning stakeholders on scope timelines dependencies and expected outcomes.
Define success metrics upfront and assess post-release performance to inform iteration optimization and future investment decisions.
Support launch readiness internal enablement and adoption of delivered capabilities.
Gather qualitative feedback and performance data to guide rapid iteration enhancement or de-prioritization decisions based on realized value.
Basic Qualifications
5 years of experience in product management or closely related roles with demonstrated responsibility for defining prioritizing and delivering digital capabilities in cross-functional environments.
Experience supporting evolving or operating shared platforms used by multiple internal and external stakeholders within a SaaS or technology-enabled environment.
Proven ability to translate complex business technical and operational needs into clearly defined and prioritized capability outcomes.
Demonstrated experience making prioritization decisions under competing business technical and operational constraints.
Capability backlog ownership and roadmap planning experience.
Strong communicator with the ability to align stakeholders around priorities trade-offs and delivery commitments.
Preferred Qualifications
Education: College/University degree preferred.
Bachelors degree preferred in Business Economics Engineering Computer Science or related field.
Product management Agile Scrum or related certifications are preferred.
Experience delivering capabilities on shared or platform-based systems.
Strong partnership with solutions and technical teams including comfort working with architectural and delivery constraints.
Data-informed decision-making outcome definition and value tracking experience.
Current Location: Mississauga. Our Mississauga office will move to 1 Adelaide in Toronto in September 2026
The hiring base salary range for this position is $99200 to $136400 CAD annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individuals knowledge skills experience equity with other team members and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
