Job Summary
We are looking for a guard to work full time at a high end retail location (MAC Cosmetics) in Vancouver.
Permanent shifts: Friday & Saturday 10am till 9pm plus Sunday 10am till 7pm (31 hours)
$24/hour plus OT pay
**Please note - this site will require you to be up on your feet for the duration of the shift**
Some of your responsibilities include:
- Provide first class customer service to all visitors/staff
- Maintain close observation of site ensuring no loss of merchandise
- Crowd management
- Responding to potential protesters or media
- Ensure detailed and clear documentation of any incidents working with law enforcement as necessary
- First responder in building emergencies such as evacuations and medical emergencies
- Following specific emergency and alarm response protocols.
Your Must Haves
- Valid BC Security License
- Occupational First Aid Level 1 Certificate
- Excellent English oral and written skills
- Proven customer service experience ideally in a retail environment
