About the Role
You will be responsible for the development management and reporting of data to support service planning performance monitoring and contractual obligations.
You will oversee the efficient daytoday operations of a small administrative team and ensures highquality data governance across the service.
You will act as a key liaison point for Justice Health St Vincents Hospital Melbourne Specialist Clinics and the Sentence Management Division (SMD). Your core responsibilities include designing improving and streamlining reporting processes; maintaining and enhancing databases; and ensuring compliance with organisational KPMs and ADRs. You will be accountable for the delivery of accurate monthly and quarterly data analysis to support operational and strategic decisionmaking.
Duties will include but are not limited to the following:
Support the implementation of referral and booking systems between SVCHS and Specialist Clinics ensuring administrative processes are efficient and patient-centred.
Design and maintain data collection systems to accurately capture departmental activity outputs and performance metrics.
Develop and oversee daily operational procedures for the SVCHS administration team to ensure consistent high-quality service delivery.
Manage core administrative functions including staff leave HR coordination orientation of new staff office operations meeting scheduling and minute-taking.
Coordinate internal and external communications fostering effective information flow between SVCHS SVHM Justice Health and other prison health services.
Lead and support the administrative team promoting a positive team culture
Classifications for this position will range from HS4 - H29 ($83657.60 - $92482.00 pro rata per annum).
