アマゾンジャパンの製品コンプライアンスチームは製品安全コンプライアンスマネージャーを募集しています
製品安全コンプライアンスマネージャーはガイドラインの策定と実施Amazonで販売される製品が日本の法規制に準じた安全なものであることを担保する重要な役割を持っていますまたアマゾンオペレーションズビジネスチーム法務カスタマーサービス技術部門そして国内の製品安全を推進する様々な社内部門と直接協力します内部だけでなく専門的な検査機関などの外部機関とも積極的に協力し一部のリスクの高い製品の調査報告やテスト結果をチェックして安全な事業拡大をサポートします製品安全コンプライアンスマネージャーはアマゾンジャパンのすべての製品が日本国内の法律とポリシーを満たしていることを保証し安全と遵法を確認できるプロセスを導入する必要がありますこれらのプロセスを導入するためにはAmazonのポリシーとAmazonが販売する製品に適用される法的環境を理解する必要がありますその結果Amazonがすべての顧客に提供する製品があらゆる安全関連基準や規制に準じていることを確認し購入者の安全を守ることを第一に努めます
We are looking for a talented Product Safety and Compliance Manager to support our rapidly growing and evolving Retail and Operations businesses. The Product Safety and Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant product safety regulatory guidelines in Japan.
As the Product Safety and Compliance Manager you will collaborate with Amazons stakeholder teams including Fulfillment Center Operations Selling Partner Business Legal Customer Service and Technology teams to enforce Product Safety policies in Japan. You will actively seek cooperation from not only internal functions but also external parties and assess risks of high-risk products and evaluate test results of the products. to support business expansion. The role must ensure all products in JP Marketplace meet Amazons policies ensuring safety and compliance is embedded in end-to-end processes with managing/building programs. The role is responsible for understanding Amazon policies and guidelines as well as the legal requirements that applies to the product Amazon offers for sale.

オペレーション部門と協業リソースを活用しプロセスの効率の最大化を図る
Focus on Amazons operations for both supply and customer. The primary goal is to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
Lead efforts to review and update validation processes for all newly onboarded products that are highly regulated.
Collaborate with external authorities and carry out a scheme to ensure product safety at JP Amazon market place.
Drive solutions of Product Safety issues raised by customer complaints/customer review comments internal follow-up actions and product recall requests from external parties.
Design implement and maintain Product Safety processes that interface with Fulfillment Operation teams and carriers and use classification and restriction databases.
Help optimize Fulfillment Center processes to enhance competitive advantages and customer experience. Leverage resources available and work effectively across functions Amazon business grows.

The Product Safety & Compliance team in Japan works to ensure that all products offered in Japan are safe for our customers compliant with all product safety legal requirements and meet consumer expectations. It does that by bringing product/risk science and technical expertise together with technology solutions to serve the Amazon business. Our vision for Product Safety & Compliance is to support Amazons mission of offering the widest selection of products available while protecting customers from potential unsafe & non-compliant products. We are looking for a dynamic organized self-starter to set standards develop and implement assessment programs and partner with retail operations and transportation teams to achieve compliance. - 4 years of compliance program management legal governance audit risk/loss prevention or equivalent experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Experience handling confidential information
- Business-level or above proficiency in English and Japanese
- Professional auditing qualification or similar risk or compliance credentials
- 3 years of program requirements definition and data and metrics leveraging to drive improvements experience
- Experience with SQL and Excel
