As the Patient RegistrationManageryou will be accountable for leadingguiding& directingthe functional responsibilities withinall areas of Patient Access and Registration for the Boise hospital. You will address external business and regulatory issues through ministry strategiesand provideexpertisefor the team on service standards.

You willbe responsible forensuring consistent operating performance and achievingfinancialgoals for the ministry.You may also help toidentifyand solve the complex problems that arise andimpactthe direction of the business. You will collaborate with other service areas and ministriesto remain alignedwithstrategy industrydevelopment and operating standards.

POSITION DETAILS: This Full-Time position will have a scheduleofMonday Friday from 8:00AM 5:00PM (or similar!). The individual who fills this role must have the ability to be present on all shifts within the department AT LEAST ONCE in any given month. The primarywork stationfor this role will be at the Boisehospitallocatedat1055 N Curtis Rd Boise ID 83706.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Business Finance or a related field of study or equivalent combination of education & / or experience.

• Three (3) to Five (5) years of leadership experience within Patient Access

• Five (5) years of relevant experience in functional areas of Patient Access such as Registration Insurance Verification/Financial Clearance Financial Counseling or other relevant experience.

• Obtain national certification in HFMA CHFP or CRCR or NAHAM CHAMwithin one (1) year of hire.

• Provide strategic leadership and guidance to service areas RHMs regions and functional teams to drive performance and goal achievement.

• Foster strong collaboration across service areas and regions to ensure alignment consistency and integrated operations.

• Lead system-wide standardization of policies processes and methodologies while building a national community of practice.

• Oversee vendor and contract labor strategies including centralization andspendoptimization.

• Support the development deployment and execution of system-wide functional strategies and priorities.

• Select evaluate and develop functional leadership teams to ensure organizational success and accountability.

• Serve as thecentral pointof governance for functional strategy financial oversight staffing and crossregional communication.

• Monitor and report key performance metrics ensuring value delivery and operational excellence.

• Provide leadership across the full colleague life cycle whilemaintainingcompliance with all legal regulatory and organizational guidelines.
