Technician ISC-Mfg Level 1

Technician - ISC-Mfg - Level 1 will process modules through various Environmental Screening Processes to complete non-destructive testing. They will play a key role in supporting Honeywell San Joses Manufacturing team.

Responsibilities:

• Process modules and end items through Environmental Screening area working with production equipment including laser sealing vibration testing burn-in ovens and acceleration testing.
• Key role will be testing parts through burn-in PIND fine leak and acceleration which requires comfort loading programs on a computer and interacting with software during this process.
• Tasks will involve handling sensitive electronic modules and use of hand tools necessary to complete the tasks.
• Need to be detail oriented and able to communicate when a part does not meet specifications and coordinate delivery parts to internal customers.
• Maintain record logs filling out operation sheets and loading equipment.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Ability to work day shift 5:00am-1:30pm.
• Ability to read operation sheets to determine what test to run and exact specifications of that test.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and comfortably work on your feet for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Must be comfortable working on a computer with basic understanding of MS Office products.
• Ability to obtain and maintain US DOD Security Clearance.

Salary Range: $49500 - $61875(San Jose CA).Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location job function of the position education and experience of the successful candidate.
