Job Summary

Schedule: MondayFriday 7:00 AM3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00$22.00/hour

What Youll Do

Maintain lawns landscaped areas walkways and outdoor spaces using mowers trimmers and hand tools
Plant water prune and clean up grounds (leaves litter debris)
Support seasonal work like snow removal and salting walkways
Help with basic repairs and upkeep (fences benches gates small structures)
Perform routine equipment care and safely transport tools/supplies around the site
Respond to urgent maintenance needs (e.g. downed limbs hazards) as assigned
Follow safety rules wear required uniform/ID badge and meet facility security requirements

What You Bring

Ability to work independently and stay on task with limited supervision
Strong safety mindset and ability to follow directions and procedures
Comfort using power tools and gas-powered equipment (mowers trimmers blowers etc.)
Valid drivers license (must have been valid for at least 3 years) with an acceptable driving record
High school diploma/GED preferred
6 months landscaping/grounds experience preferred (training is a plus)

Physical Requirements

This is an active physical role. You should be able to:

Stand/walk for long periods; work on uneven surfaces stairs and hills
Bend kneel stoop and reach overhead
Lift/push/pull up to 75 lbs.
Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Work at heights up to 12 feet using ladders/lifts/scaffolding when needed
