The scope of this team encompasses innovation strategy and purpose through deep functional experience in business transformation finance supply chain and operations providing support for the complex and large-scale program and portfolio management.

Business Transformation - a multidisciplinary competency gathering capabilities in transformation architecture experience design business design and transformation execution to problem-solve design and deliver large scale multi-year multi-stakeholder transformation programs.
Supply Chain and Operations - we provide a unique combination of industry-specific strategic operational and financial insights digital technology advances and strategic alliance partners to deliver better outcomes and also help clients effect fundamental change in their operations performance to support sales growth become more cost competitive minimize risk and ensure operational resilience.

About EYs Financial Services GCC Practice
EYs Financial Services GCC practice is one of the fastest-growing units within EY India supporting global BFSI clients across Banking Insurance and Wealth & Asset Management. The PMO functions as the nerve center of the practicedriving leadership visibility operational rigor and strategic growth initiatives. Our focus spans across GTM branding knowledge management AI-led productivity transformation and cross-functional orchestration.
Role Summary
We are looking for a high-impact Consultant to anchor the Practice Management Office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced high-growth environment and enjoys operating at the intersection of strategy operations and leadership enablement. The candidate will be responsible for running core pillars of the practice while also thinking ahead to shape strategic programs and bring rigor into execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Practice Governance & Program Management
- Drive rhythm of business for the FS GCC practice quarterly reviews strategic forums leadership updates and progress dashboards.
- Coordinate across solution leaders sector leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to track progress against growth priorities and lead key follow-ups.
- Ensure visibility of initiatives actions and leadership decisions through structured program reporting and project hygiene.
2. Go-to-Market (GTM) Enablement
- Support flagship campaigns (e.g. Captive-as-a-Service GCC Strategy Days BFSI corridor activation).
- Shape differentiated client-facing collateralpitches credentials sector POVsaligned to market needs.
- Bring thought leadership to life through collaboration with domain branding and marketing teams.
3. Branding & Communications
- Anchor strategic branding campaigns including LinkedIn voice internal communications CXO briefings and event content.
- Work with internal marketing teams and alliances to amplify EY FS GCCs presence in national forums digital channels and analyst reports.
4. Knowledge Management
- Curate and maintain a living repository of credentials delivery playbooks RFP responses and IP assets.
- Lead internal dissemination efforts and improve accessibility and discoverability of knowledge assets using EY platforms.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 9 years of experience in strategy program management consulting or enablement rolespreferably in BFSI or GCC ecosystem.
- Proven ability to work with leadership and translate high-level vision into structured programs.
- Exposure to GCC operating models and knowledge of FS sector nuances is preferred.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong program management orientation with a bias for action and outcome ownership.
- Stakeholder engagement excellence ability to navigate matrixed orgs and drive alignment.
- Highly analytical and structured in approach to problem-solving.
- Agile self-starter mindset with high ownership and attention to detail.
Technical Skills
- AI productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot ChatGPT for Business).
- Advanced Excel (dashboards analytics) and PowerPoint (storytelling visual design).
- Familiarity with EY tools for knowledge management and performance tracking.
