Overview
We are looking for a highly skilledSenior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developerwith strong hands-on expertise in bothSFMCandSalesforce Personalization (Interaction Studio).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building end-to-end marketing journeys automations personalization experiences and data integrations that power multi-channel customer engagement.
This role requires deep technical knowledge ofAMPscript SSJS SQL JavaScriptInteraction Studio Web SDK andAPI-based integrations.
- Upgrade and configure existingWeb SDKfor real-time personalization.
- Trackcustomer behavior clicks events and custom user interactionsusing JavaScript.
- Build personalized web-site experiences usingHTML CSS and JavaScriptwithin the Personalization platform.
- Manage and updatecatalog objects user profiles and event datausing Interaction Studio REST APIs.
- Create audiences segments and personalized campaigns for web engagements.
- Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to translate personalization strategies into technical implementations.
- Execute end-to-end campaigns using Email Studio Automation StudioContact Builder and Journey Builder.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for segmentation data transformations and reporting.
- Build maintain and troubleshoot Automations in Automation Studio.
- Create test and manage Journey Builder workflows with decision splits event-triggered sends and personalization logic.
- Develop custom components using AMPscript and SSJS for landing pages cloud pages dynamic content and triggered messages.
- Ensure high deliverability data accuracy and campaign governance across SFMC.
- Support ETL processes SFTP data loads and integration middleware for SFMC/IS data sync.
- Understand and manage theInteraction Studio data modelas Catalog objects User profilesEvents etc.
- Ensure seamless data flow between CRM web properties and Salesforce platforms.
- 5 years of experience inSalesforce Marketing Clouddevelopment.
- 2 years of hands-on experience inSalesforce Personalization (Interaction Studio).
- Strong capability to independently run campaigns manage data and optimize multi-channel journeys.
- Proven experience either in implementing or updatingSFISWeb SDK event tracking and real-time personalization use cases.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams (Marketing Dev CRM Data).
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across automation journeys personalization scripts and integrations.
- Strong understanding of marketing data customer lifecycle and personalization strategy implementation techniques.
