What will your role be

We are driving a transformative strategy agenda called Positive Motion focused on greening our revenue sources and fostering sustainable growth. As part of this vision we are looking for a highly skilled CrossBusiness Data Specialist to ensure that trusted highquality data becomes a core enabler of alignment decisionmaking and longterm value creation across Moeve.

In this role you will play a pivotal part in how the company operates decides and grows by ensuring seamless and reliable crossbusiness data foundations. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Owning endtoend data integrity across Moeves operations ensuring crossbusiness coherence and positioning CI as the single trusted source of truth for all Business Units.
• Leading the full process of collecting and consolidating critical crossbusiness datasets (supply & demand plans premiums inventories and more) ensuring accuracy completeness and accountability.
• Partnering with Data Governance to design and enforce robust data standards ownership frameworks quality rules and governance processes across the whole value chain.
• Governing and evolving digital tools and data products (e.g. Minerva) acting as the primary interface between digital platforms data teams and Business Units to ensure these solutions operate as the Single Source of Truth.
• Coordinating the integrated supply & demand annual budget process aligning operational reality financial planning and strategic priorities.
• Supporting Moeves transformation by building scalable data foundations that elevate alignment transparency and business impact.

Who are we looking for

Education

• A technical or datarelated degree in Chemical/Industrial Engineering IT Data or Business Analytics Mathematics Economics or similar fields.

Languages

• Strong command of English; additional languages are a plus.

Experience

• 5 years in data analytics or optimization teams ideally within the Energy sector or comparable industrial environments.
• Strong background in datadriven decisionmaking and crossbusiness planning.
• Solid understanding of the endtoend value chain including supply & demand planning inventory management and integrated business planning processes.

Competency

• Strong facilitation and coordination skills to ensure high accountability across contributors.
• Demonstrated ability to act as a bridge between business digital and data teams.
• Experience defining and monitoring data quality KPIs controls and remediation actions.
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret complex datasets and translate them into clear business insights.
• A continuousimprovement mindset elevating data maturity governance and scalability over time.
