Job Summary
Mountain Chevrolet is seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance & Insurance Manager to join our team inGlenwood Springs CO. This pivotal role involves overseeing and managing all finance and insurance-related activities ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maximizing dealership profitability by developing effective finance strategies and forging strong relationships with lenders and customers alike.
Responsibilities
- Manage all finance and insurance operations including loan processing contract and warranty administration and insurance product sales.
- Work closely with lenders customers and dealership staff to facilitate smooth financial transactions and secure competitive financing options.
- Maintain knowledge of current financial and insurance regulations ensuring compliance at all times.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase finance and insurance product sales contributing to the dealerships overall profitability.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining financial products and assisting customers in making informed decisions.
- Train and support sales team members on finance and insurance processes and products.
- Prepare regular reports detailing finance and insurance performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Finance & Insurance Manager or similar role within the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of finance insurance loan processes and related regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
- Experience withDealertrack and Darwin a huge plus.
