Key Responsibilities Include
- Drive and scale international revenue growth through strategic high-value B2B sales.
- Win and grow major corporate clients into long-term strategic partnerships.
- Lead complex sales processes with senior decision-makers across global organizations.
- Build and manage a disciplined sales pipeline that delivers consistently.
- Act as a trusted advisor translating climate strategy into commercial value.
- Spot and crack high-potential industries using sharp market insight and timing to win.
- Lead by example: set ambitious targets build a high-performance sales culture.
- Represent First Climate externally - at industry events conferences and in key networks - strengthening our market authority.
Specific Requirements
- Proven success and experience in complex B2B sales key account management or business development with a strong record of achieving targets.
- You actively look for and develop new business opportunities instead of waiting for them.
- Strong commercial understanding and confident in managing pipelines forecasts and revenue goals.
- A supportive and reliable leader who sets clear expectations and helps teams succeed.
- Experience selling complex solutions to large organizations; experience in sustainability or energy is a plus.
- Professional fluency in English and German with strong communication skills.
Required start date
Immediately or upon agreement.
