Job Summary
Your mission
- Support strategic initiatives within the Growth & Partnerships team
- Conduct research and prepare concepts for new ecosystem initiatives
- Bridge strategy and execution by identifying operational gaps
- Support the design and rollout of new partner pilots
- Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders
- Capture learnings and support scale/stop decisions
(Our in-house platform connecting startups and service providers)
- Manage day-to-day operations and ecosystem inbox
- Review and verify startup applications
- Ensure smooth benefit access and partner coordination
- Monitor platform reliability and workflows (Airtable Zapier Slack email)
- Identify and resolve broken processes or data inconsistencies
- Contribute to operational efficiency improvements
Your profile
- 35 years of relevant experience (startups consulting growth partnerships operations)
- Currently enrolled in a Masters or MBA program or possessing a comparable qualification.
- Comfortable with both operational execution and strategic thinking
- Structured reliable and proactive
- Interested in startup ecosystems and systems not just individual companies
- Willing to take ownership of foundational operational work
- Strong ownership mentality
- Analytical and structured thinker
- Comfortable with tools data and workflows
- Clear communicator with internal and external stakeholders
- Curious and hands-on
