What awaits you/ Job Profile

• Play a crucial role in shaping the development process driving the success of our projects and delivering high-quality products to our customers.

• Gauge stakeholder satisfaction with the projects progress and outcomes through regular feedback sessions
• Evaluate metrics using sprint velocity burndown chart and assist with release planning.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their goals and translate them into technical requirements.
• Analyse and document current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
• Support project planning execution and delivery by providing clear and actionable insights.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and help validate solutions before deployment.

What should you bring along

• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings sprint planning sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Ensure the team follows Agile practices and principles.
• Remove impediments and blockers that hinder the teams progress.
• Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.
• Work closely with Product Owners to manage the product backlog and ensure clear communication of requirements.
• Track and report on team progress and performance metrics.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies and best practices.
• Experience in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Ability to create process flows wireframes and use case diagrams.

Must have technical skill

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PSM 1.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies particularly Scrum.
• Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using Jira Confluence or similar agile project management tools.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of software development languages and frameworks (SAP Authorization SAP Archiving SAP Platform manager SAP FICO SAP SD)
• Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud).
• Proficiency in business analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel Visio
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation.

Good to have technical skills

• Finance domain background.
• Knowledge of other Agile frameworks (e.g. Kanban Lean).
• Understanding of APIs and system integration concepts.
• Knowledge of UML or BPMN modelling techniques.
