Job Summary
Hiring: W2 Candidates Only
Visa: Open to any visa type with valid work authorization in the USA
Key Responsibilities
-
Design develop and maintain complex SQL queries stored procedures functions and triggers
-
Optimize database performance through indexing query tuning and execution plan analysis
-
Develop and maintain database schemas tables views and data models
-
Support reporting and analytics teams with data extraction and transformation logic
-
Troubleshoot database-related issues and ensure system reliability
-
Implement data validation and integrity controls
-
Collaborate with application developers to integrate database solutions
-
Perform database migrations upgrades and patching support
-
Ensure compliance with data security and governance standards
-
Document database processes logic and technical specifications
Required Qualifications
-
8 years of experience as a SQL Developer or Database Developer
-
Strong proficiency in SQL (complex joins subqueries CTEs indexing)

Experience with relational databases such as:
-
SQL Server
-
Oracle
-
MySQL
-
PostgreSQL
-
-
Experience writing stored procedures functions and triggers
-
Strong knowledge of performance tuning and query optimization
-
Experience with ETL processes and data transformations
-
Familiarity with version control tools (Git Azure DevOps etc.)
-
Understanding of database security and access control
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience with SSIS SSRS or Power BI
-
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts
-
Experience with cloud databases (Azure SQL AWS RDS)

Basic scripting knowledge (Python PowerShell)

Experience in Agile development environments
