We are on a growth journey now looking for an Internal Customer Service Clerk in Logistics (m/f/d) for supporting our EMEA distribution center in Emsdetten.
About the position
Your main responsibilities
- Carrying out commercial activities in the area of internal customer service/logistics/transport/warehouse
- Structured processing of logistical processes complaints and transport damage including finding solutions
- Order management - processing and monitoring orders
- Verbal and written communication with our foreign branches
- Interface to internal departments
