About the Role: The Graphic Designer will serve as a dedicated creative partner to the marketing team. This role will focus specifically on visual execution across digital assets brand materials and campaigns.
The ideal candidate thrives with clear objectives but can also bring proactive structure and ideas to a growing team. You will work closely with leadership and marketing stakeholders who may not be deeply creative themselves meaning you must be confident translating ideas into polished visual outputs.
Key Responsibilities:
Visual Branding & Asset Creation
- Conceptualize and design a wide range of branded marketing assets including social media graphics ad creatives lead magnets and investor and presentation materials.
- Establish and maintain visual brand consistency across all platforms and communications.
- Provide design support for email marketing initiatives and campaign assets.
Sales & Operational Support
- Develop essential sales enablement materials specifically for agents.
- Ensure the organization and maintenance of all design files and asset libraries.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to elevate the overall creative quality and ensure brand adherence.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Graphic Design.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital marketing and brand development.
- Proficiency with key design tools including Adobe Creative Suite Figma Canva or equivalent platforms.
- Expertise in core design principles: layout typography and branding.
Work Style & Mindset:
- Possesses a high-agency ownership-driven approach to work.
- A proactive and effective communicator who consistently seeks clarity.
- Capable of both executing direction and offering insightful creative recommendations.
