Job Summary

People & Culture Digital P&C & Automation Global People Services. Vestas Global People Services oversees supporting employees and managers in all the transactional activities related to the employees work life cycle in Vestas.

Responsibilities:

Handling internal and external Latam payroll day to day activities operations and service tasks by establishing and maintaining collaborative credible collaborative partnerships with a broad range of people and groups.
Typical responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Providing and coordinating human resource services spanning and Portuguese payroll benefits data entry mobility HRIS and other transactional work areas
Ensuring efficiency of service center operations technology and transaction processes
Establishing standards and procedures for handling employee questions transactions and administration of human resource programs
Guarantee the day by day of Latam payroll

Qualifications:

Bachelor level education in law/labor relations/HR required
Knowledge in Payroll in Brazil or other countries in LATAM
Advanced English
