MondayFriday
7:00 AM 7:30 PM
30-minute meal break
Block schedule
No weekends

Requirements:

Local candidates only
Active LPN license (state compliant)
Current BLS certification
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Strong documentation and communication skills

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care per care plans
Administer medications and treatments
Monitor and document patient conditions
Assist with admissions and discharges
Report patient status changes to supervising staff
Follow all clinical and safety guidelines
