Job Summary
The Product Data Entry / Product Listing Specialist ensures that all products within the ecommerce catalog are accurately represented visually appealing and optimized for customer engagement. This role is responsible for creating updating and maintaining product listings across online platforms including uploading images writing clear and compelling descriptions and entering detailed product specifications.
The specialist works closely with merchandising marketing and operations teams to ensure product information is complete consistent and aligned with brand standards. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail comfort working with digital content and the ability to manage a high volume of listings with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload product images ensuring proper formatting quality and compliance with platform standards
- Write and edit product descriptions that are accurate engaging and aligned with brand voice
- Ensure all listings meet SEO best practices to improve search visibility and conversion
- Audit existing listings for accuracy completeness and consistency
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather missing product information or resolve discrepancies
