Job Title: On-Air Personality/Producer

Atlantis University Campus Radio is seeking a dynamic and versatile On-Air Personality/Producer to join our broadcast team. This pivotal role combines creativity technical expertise and engaging communication to deliver compelling content that resonates with our diverse audience. Key Objectives

Deliver live engaging on-air content that informs entertains and connects with listeners.
Produce high-quality radio segments coordinating all aspects of show preparation and execution.
Collaborate with the programming team to develop innovative content and promotional strategies.
Maintain technical standards to ensure seamless broadcast operations.

Responsibilities

Host live radio shows interviews and special segments with energy and professionalism.
Plan script and produce daily programming including music selection guest coordination and content research.
Operate and troubleshoot broadcast equipment and software to ensure smooth transmission.
Collaborate with producers DJs and other team members to create cohesive and engaging programming.
Monitor audience feedback and ratings to continuously improve show content and delivery.
Stay current with industry trends music and news relevant to the stations target audience.
Manage social media and promotional activities related to on-air content.

Requirements

Proven experience as an on-air personality radio producer or similar role in broadcast media.
Strong verbal communication and interviewing skills with a clear engaging voice.
Proficiency with broadcast equipment audio editing software and live streaming platforms.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative content ideas.
Knowledge of FCC regulations and broadcast standards is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Communications Journalism Media Studies or a related field preferred.
Prior experience in college or commercial radio stations highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
