Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Structural Welder to fabricate and assemble metal structures in a production weld shop environment. The Structural Welder will perform welding tasks using MIG and Flux Core processes while ensuring all work meets engineering specifications and quality standards.

Weld Test Requirement

3G MIG
3G Flux Core

Key Responsibilities

Perform structural welding to fabricate and assemble metal components
Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
Join cut and shape metal materials to specification
Inspect welds to ensure quality and compliance
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow all shop safety and production standards

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of weld shop experience
Ability to pass a 3G MIG / Flux Core weld test
Experience working with structural steel components
Strong attention to detail and workmanship
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
