Job Summary
The Growth Marketing & Insights team seeks a collaborative innovative and strategic leader to be the Director of B2B Media Strategy reporting to the Senior Director of Americas this position you will develop B2B paid media approaches across key B2B segments. You will assist teams in driving growth through data-informed decisions and lead cross-functional partners in crafting meaningful customer journeys.
You will work closely with the Customer Experience Orchestration Creativity & Productivity B2B Go-to-Market and Sales teams to translate segment priorities into coordinated customer-led media plans. You will connect strategy with activation lead performance optimization and bring a clear compelling narrative to how our media investments drive business outcomes.

What youll do
Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration
- Partner with B2B executive leadership to identify growth opportunities and deliver high-impact media strategies.
- Develop a cohesive B2B paid media strategy in collaboration with Marketing GTM and Digital Experience teams.
- Serve as the primary media strategy lead aligning diverse collaborators and crafting shared clarity across teams.
- Strengthen relationships with media agencies publishers and technology partners to ensure operational excellence.
- Coach and mentor a high-performing team encouraging innovation collaboration and continuous learning.
Coordinated Media Strategy & Activation
- Develop and implement segment-specific media strategies aligned with business and audience needs.
- Manage Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and performance marketing efforts that drive faster pipeline and revenue expansion.
- Coordinate planning execution and optimization of multi-channel media campaigns including digital social programmatic and search.
- Partner with internal and external teams to launch thoughtful consistent and effective campaigns.
Performance Insights & Optimization
- Define important metrics and measurement frameworks that demonstrate media impact and encourage ongoing improvement.
- Collaborate with analytics and marketing operations to develop insights that build future strategy.
- Use testing methodologies and experimentation to drive performance efficiency and return on investment.
What youll need to succeed
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus).
- More than 10 years of experience directing B2B media strategy preferably within large enterprise organizations.
- 15 years in paid media planning and execution across digital channels.
- Proven success building and optimizing high-impact B2B media programs at scale.
- Extensive knowledge in ABM digital media programmatic strategy and performance marketing.
- Ability to navigate large matrixed organizations with confidence and empathy.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into clear recommendations.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority.
- Excellent communication relationship-building and collaborator management skills.

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $$315100 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge skillsand experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.In California the pay range for this position is $217600 - $315100
At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
